The Arena District Master Plan is the most ambitious redevelopment plan in the history of the city of Milwaukee. The luxury apartments known as 550 Ultra Lofts is the first housing development as part of the $1Billion Master Plan that includes Fiserv Forum (arena), the Entertainment Live Block, and other major components to create a nationally recognized live-work-play model.
Located at the cross streets of East Juneau and North 6th Street, immediately adjacent to Fiserv Forum, 550 Ultra Lofts features 112 residential units and two first floor commercial suites occupied by a 5,500 square foot fitness studio and a future 1,750 square foot upscale lounge.
